Frequently asked questions
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes. If you bought a domain (for example vasha-gromada.church), you can connect it in the admin panel — the site will open at your address, with a free SSL. The domain remains yours, and the old address on the platform automatically redirects to the new one.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Everything is edited through the admin panel — fill in the fields and click "Save", just like in a regular form.
How long does it take to create a website?
The basic site with structure appears immediately after registration. Then it takes as much time as needed for your photos, schedule, and texts.
Can I change the design?
Yes. In the "Design" section, you can choose the color scheme, font for headings, and button shape, and on the main page, you can also set the order of blocks.
Can I add my own content?
Yes — news, events, sermons, prayers, documents, galleries, and also arbitrary additional pages with your own text.
Does the site work on mobile?
Yes. Each page is adaptive: the layout rebuilds for phone, tablet, and computer.
Can I accept donations?
Yes. There is a separate donation page with named needs and amounts; online payment works through Stripe, and where it is not available, there are payment details.
Can I add multiple administrators?
Yes. The congregation website can be managed by several people — for example, a priest and someone responsible for communication.
Can I change the menu and pages?
Yes. In "Page visibility" you can enable and disable entire sections, and "Additional pages" allow you to create your own menu items.
Can I pay for a whole year up front?
Yes. At checkout you choose the term — one month, three, six or twelve — and pay once, receiving a single invoice for the whole amount. If you pay again, the new months are added on top of the period you already hold rather than replacing it, so nothing is lost. There are no automatic charges: access is extended only when you decide to, and we remind you well in advance.
